A motto is a short sentence or phrase chosen as encapsulating the beliefs or ideals guiding an individual, family, or institution.

What is On My Team16’s 2019 motto? One Team – All In.

OMT16 is 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙄𝙣  to lessen the burden for families and children battling cancer, 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙄𝙣 as a community to bring positive spirit to our local children’s hospitals, 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙄𝙣 to play our hearts out on the field/court to make a difference, 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙄𝙣 to bring smiles to new faces and ultimately 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙄𝙣 to beat cancer.

Every OMT16 volunteer is 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙄𝙣 to go the extra mile to spread awareness of our mission and what we are trying to do. Every OMT16 Board Member is 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙄𝙣 to reach out and collaborate with new stakeholders to raise funds. Every OMT16 athlete is 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙄𝙣 to give it their all and trying their hardest every quarter, period or inning to help give back to their communities. OMT16 is 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙄𝙣 to beat cancer.
